Guidelines
Zine SpecsA5 format, Full Render, CMYK, 300 Dpi - Templates provided
Fics will be between 1.5k - 2.5k
Currently, we plan to accept 25 artists, 5 writers, and 5 merch artistsCosplay and Musician applicants are to be determined.Cosplayers will be required to submit a new photo for the project. We ask that photos either be taken outdoors or in well-lit rooms.
Please be mindful of local safety regulations should you take your photo outdoors.Final Cosplay photos will be submitted in a similar fashion as artist pages - A5 format, Full Color, CMYK, 300 DPIMusicians will be required to create at least one song / composition, with a minimum duration of at least one minute. Live instruments, as well as synthetic instruments are fine to utilize. Music files will be submitted as .mp4 files
Artist ApplicationsMust have an understanding of color / render, anatomy, lighting, composition, and the ability to draw backgrounds, be it simple or complex.3 sample pieces. Preferably at least one being Vanitas no Carte related, though it is not a requirement. NSFW samples are prohibited.A portfolio of your choice. If using Google Drive, please be sure to grant us access to your folder.Note that the mods will be considering pitches as we decide on the final contributors.Merch ApplicationsMust have an understanding of color, anatomy, and designing merch itself.3 sample pieces. Will traditional and black and white art be allowed?
Yes, traditional art, be it black and white or not, will be allowed as long as you can scan it with minimum 300dpi.How many artists are you planning to have?

At this moment, this is unclear and will depend on many factors.Does a piece have to focus on a main character or can it be a side character such as Jean-Jacques or Riche?
